Orders
Our Sales Department can take calls 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm on Friday. Orders can be faxed to 0116 2750205 or e-mailed to enquiries@wilfordsshoesdirect.
Styles are supplied in pre packs. All pre packs are 14 pairs sizes 3 to 8 1 2 4 4 2 1 unless otherwise stated when order is placed.
No individual pairs are sold.
Queries, Help and Advice
Queries, help and advice are best dealt with Monday to Friday when all expert members of staff are available.
Orders from New Customers
Orders from new customers will be proforma invoiced same day and despatched immediately after payment is received. Proforma goods will normally be held awaiting payment for 7 working days only.
Payments within the UK
Payments from home trade customers are accepted by cash, bank transfer cleared cheque or confirmed credit card and debit card over the phone.
Export Payments
Payments from export customers are accepted by bank transfer to our Sterling bank account. Please contact our office for details.
Carriage and Handling Charges
To Mainland UK
Goods are sent free of charge for orders over £500 (excluding VAT) where applicable providing that amount of goods are shown as available.
For orders less than £500 in value charges are as follows:
- 1 carton - £5.00 + VAT
- 2 cartons - £5.00 + VAT
- 3 cartons or more - £2.50 + VAT per carton
To Other Destinations
For carriage to offshore islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Europe and destinations world-wide, please enquire when ordering.
Export Orders
Our export terms are EX-Works, with payment in full for goods and carriage before despatch. All goods are VAT free for export ie. goods shipped direct from your warehouse via transport or shipping agent to another country.
Contract
All contracts entered into by the Company shall be interpreted in accordance with English law/English statute law and any proceedings arising from disputes with regards thereto shall be issued in England.
Prices
While every effort will be made to hold prices quoted on our website and in catalogues for as long as possible, the Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
VAT
All prices quoted exclude any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). For UK orders adult footwear is charged currently at 17.5%. Childrens are classed as zero rated with no VAT payable. All export orders are VAT free for export.
